I gotta tell you straight up that I thought we were in for a long build when we started this I Brake For UFOS puzzle from Buffalo Games. Featuring art from one of our favorite artists, Aimee Stewart, I could tell that the colors were going to be an issue. Or so I thought. But then, I wasn’t the one doing the sorting. My wife was. I showed up in time to start putting the pieces together so I had it ‘easy’.
I Was Kinda Wrong
In reality, this I Brake For UFOs Puzzle from Buffalo Games came together a lot easier than I ever thought it would. My wife thought the sorting was challenging, but not impossible. My fears of us spending day after day on this puzzle were actually unfounded. We knocked this out a whole lot quicker than I ever thought we would. It was fun. A lot of fun. And another great piece of art from Aimee Stewart.
It helped to use our bright LED puzzle lamp. It made it possible to tell the colors apart. Otherwise, every purple would’ve looked the same. Every blue. Every yellow. Well, you get it. It would’ve been a lot harder for sure without it!
I could not find this puzzle on Amazon. But you can find it in antique malls (like we did), thrift shops and online auction sites!

The Last Piece
This puzzle contains 1000 pieces. The final puzzle is about 27″ wide and 20″ high. The puzzle included a small poster. The pieces fit fairly tightly. Sorting the pieces (if that’s your thing) is challenging, but it was actually not that hard to assemble. We got this puzzle in a trade. It had a note on the box that one of the pieces had been chewed by a dog. Well, yep, they weren’t lying! But it still fit!
