My wife and I tend to divide our puzzles into halves. She works the lower half of the puzzle. I sit on the opposite side of the dining room table and I get the upper half. It seemed like a good idea when we started and it’s worked pretty well. Most of the time. Sometimes along comes a puzzle where I kinda think that maybe I got the short end of the deal. Like when we put together this Hoopla At The Harbor Puzzle from Buffalo Games.

Whew!
Now, I’m not saying that the bottom portion of this puzzle didn’t have its challenges. Nope, not at all. But what I am saying is that the clouds, sky, water and ships were absolutely no picnic at all. They weren’t “I give up” tough. But they were “whew, I’ll be glad when I’m done!” tough.
But in the end, we both stood back and really enjoyed admiring this puzzle. It’s a really nice piece of art from one of our favorites, Charles Wysocki. I feel it demonstrates more of his painting ability than some of the puzzles we’ve done. We both loved it!
The Last Piece
There is a poster included with this puzzle. The completed puzzle is about 20″ high and 27″ wide. This is a challenging puzzle! The pieces all fit well and it’s fairly hard (but not impossible!) to put one in the wrong place. This puzzle contains 1000 pieces.
